Merry Christmas!
Been busy, we're all doing well, we're all ready for Christmas.
So, let me just say, I'm up to 464 pounds, Ian's down to 502, and we couldn't be happier!

464 pounds...wonderful. Lately you have been gaining about 2.2 pounds a week and if your gain remains constant at this rate by April 16 you should be at or very close to 500 pounds. It will be interesting to see if this will happen as I predict. Thanks for all your postings. It is nice to keep up with your progress. Happy pounds, oppps, I mean Happy Holidays. Don't forget to have that third or fourth helping of turkey. Please update us about how good the holidays were for you pound wise.
